Do You Know the High Altitude Simulation Test Chamber for Vehicle
High altitude test chambers are test facilities used to simulate high altitude environmental conditions to evaluate the environmental suitability of products at high altitude. The chambers can simulate low air pressure, temperature and other environmental conditions at high altitude to help manufacturers and researchers understand how their products perform under these extreme conditions and optimize product design and performance.
1.Main features:
1) Low air pressure simulation: Simulates the low air pressure environment at high altitude by reducing the air pressure.(2) Low Temperature Simulation: The test chamber can reduce the temperature to simulate the low temperature environment at high altitude to evaluate the performance of the product under cold conditions.
(3) Adjustable Parameters: Test chambers can usually adjust parameters such as temperature, air pressure, humidity, etc. to simulate conditions at different high altitudes.
(4) Low Oxygen Simulation (Optional): Some high altitude chambers may also be able to simulate low oxygen environments in order to examine the product's performance under thin oxygen conditions.
2. Why build high altitude simulation test chamber?
(1) High altitude atmospheric conditions on the electrical performance of the product's main factors include atmospheric pressure, ambient temperature and relative humidity of the air;(2) China's plateau is a vast area, the temperature due to seasonal, day and night, the weather varies greatly, therefore, the low-pressure simulation laboratory should be able to have a wide range of adjustment in terms of altitude, temperature and humidity;
(3) It can well meet the requirements of GB/T20626.1-2006 "Special Environmental Conditions Plateau Electrical and Electronic Products Part 1: General Technical Requirements" for the parameters of plateau environmental conditions;
