Do you know how to use the ozone test chamber

1. Timing setting of ozone test chamber. When setting, you can set by the +- button on the timer panel. If 2 hours and 30 minutes, set to 02H30. After setting, turn on the timer switch and press the power button, and the device will enter a high temperature and constant temperature. Run, the device will automatically cut off the power when the time is up.

2. Start of the ozone test in the ozone aging test chamber. Power on the green button. Adjust the temperature to 40 degrees and wait for the temperature of the ozone test chamber to stabilize. The ozone meter returns to 0, wait for 20 minutes and then press the button to turn it on. In the humidity test, first check whether there is water in the water tank, and add water when there is no water. Turn on the heat and humidity button. Adjust the tester to the required test temperature and turn on the cooling button.

3. Dynamic test of the ozone aging test chamber: Turn on the dial button and the stretch button, adjust the speed as needed, and open the exhaust button when the ozone is discharged outside the room at the end of the test.

4. The alarm temperature setting of the ozone aging test chamber: Press the instrument setting key SET for 5 seconds to enter the instrument's internal menu:

AL1 (Alarm 1): Generally AL1=SV+15℃, it will be effective when the alarm is high, and there is no need to set the low temperature.

ATU (auto-tuning): Auto-tuning is 0000 means off, 0001 means on. Generally, the machine does not need self-tuning to turn on. If the set temperature value is difficult to be constant, turn on the self-tuning. The temperature in the box will fluctuate during the auto-tuning process, which is a normal phenomenon.
