Humidification water temperature control method:

When the temperature rises to the temperature where dew water is easy to condense inside the sample, the temperature of the water is automatically increased, so that the temperature of the heated water is about 30 degrees lower than that in the test chamber. After the test is over, the test chamber is naturally cooled to reduce the internal pressure to 0.01 mp, then exhaust and drain.

Humidity saturation control:

Use a humidifying heater to control the temperature in the test chamber. When the test is over, the test chamber is naturally cooled to reduce the internal pressure to 0.01, and then the exhaust gas and humidified water are used to stay.
