The parameters and performance of high temperature, low temperature, alternating damp heat or constant test after the temperature environment changes. In the process of use, sometimes the humidity of the constant temperature and humidity test chamber shows 100%. What is the cause?

First, check the hanging mode and hanging position of the wet ball gauze in the constant temperature and humidity test chamber. Face the test chamber and open the door. The sensor at the top right of the studio is a dry ball, and the sensor at the bottom is a wet ball. Usually, the gauze must be hung. On the lower sensor, the lower end of the gauze is reliably immersed in the sink of the water head.

Second, if the humidity still shows 100% when the hanging method is correct, please check whether the wet ball gauze turns yellow, or the use time is too long, the gauze accumulates too much minerals, the water absorption performance of the wet ball gauze decreases, and it cannot absorb water. If the humidity is not correct, the illusion of high humidity is generated. Replace it in time. If it still does not work, check a few parts:

1. Observe whether there is water in the water level tank next to the sink. If not, the float may be damaged.

2. The electromagnetic pump is damaged. Use a multimeter to measure its resistance. If it is open, it is already damaged.

3. The gap water replenishment timer is damaged and cannot be refilled normally.
