Why do car interior accessories need to use high and low temperature test chambers?
In the process of production and functional improvement of automobile interior accessories, it is likely that small molecular substances will be introduced into it, and these introduced substances are volatile, which is that when the temperature inside the car is high, these substances are more volatile. Molecular substances volatilized from car interior decorations may float in the air clock, pollute the air environment inside the car, endanger human health after being inhaled, or condense on the windows of the car, adversely affecting the driving line of sight and threatening driving safety. Therefore, automobile manufacturers and automobile supplies manufacturers need to conduct quality inspection on related product materials before leaving the factory. High-temperature atomization performance testing of car seat leather materials, high and low temperature test chambers are used as supporting test equipment to simulate changes in ambient temperature and accelerate the volatilization of small molecular substances in automotive interior parts.
Test principle: The test is to increase the temperature of the high and low temperature test chamber to accelerate the volatilization of small molecular substances in automotive interior parts to shorten the volatilization time. During the test, place the sample in the fogging cup, place the aluminum foil or glass plate above the fogging cup, and place the fogging cup in the heating tank of the fogging tester for heating, and the aluminum foil or glass plate above passes through the cooling device. Cool down. The volatilized gas in the sample will condense on the surface of the aluminum foil or glass plate that has been cooled down. The fogging performance of the sample is obtained by testing the optical properties of the glass plate before and after condensation or the weight change of the aluminum foil.
