It is mainly used in several links of product design, improvement, appraisal and inspection. What are the requirements for cooling water in the high and low temperature test chamber during use?
1. The cooling water must be clean tap water or circulating water, and it should be softened under certain conditions. The water temperature is less than 28℃, the inlet water pressure reaches 0.2-0.4MPa, the pipe diameter and water flow must meet the equipment requirements, and an automatic water replenishment device (not necessary for ice water machines) must be equipped to prevent poor cooling caused by evaporation loss of circulating water.
2. In order to ensure the normal cooling effect of the high and low temperature test chamber, when it is observed that the return water pressure is significantly lower and the return water temperature becomes higher, please pay attention to check whether the Y filter is blocked. If it is clogged, remove the filter element of the Y-type filter. There are impurities such as sand, leaves, etc. in the filter, please clean it and put it back in place.
3. When the external environment of the cooling tower is below 0°C and the machine is not running, the water in the cooling tower must be drained, otherwise the water in the water pipe will freeze, causing the water pipe to rupture and cause equipment damage. It is recommended that the power supply of the water tower is controlled by the test chamber, and the water tower is started only when the compressor is started, in order to achieve the effect of energy saving.
