What are the requirements for an antibacterial and sterilization function simulation test chamber?
In the past few years of the new crown epidemic, many manufacturers have launched many household appliances with antibacterial and sterilizing properties, such as air purifiers, fresh fans, sterilizers, etc. Whether the antibacterial and sterilizing performance of these products is reliable, it needs to be tested and verified by the antibacterial and sterilization function simulation test chamber. What are the requirements for such an environmental chamber? Let's find out.
Antibacterial and sterilization function simulation test chamber Model: HYKJ-30
Manufacturer: Huanyi Instrument
Household appliance antibacterial and sterilization function simulation test chamber :
1. The ambient temperature of the test chamber is 20℃~25℃, and the relative humidity is 50%~70%RH.
2. Test chamber structure requirements: a pair of adjacent aerosol cabins are used, and the environment (including temperature, humidity, cleanliness, light, airtightness, ventilation conditions, etc.) of the two should be consistent and stable during the experiment. The design and structure of the test chamber shall ensure that the microbial aerosol in the chamber does not leak, and the materials used shall be corrosion-resistant and easy to clean.
3. Test chamber volume: (3.5 m*3.4 m*2.5 m=30m);
4. Enclosure structure (including wall, ceiling, ground): materials with low pollution or no pollution and low adsorption rate should be used (such as stainless steel, PTFE, tempered glass, etc.);
5. Sealing and caulking materials: use silicone rubber strips and glass sealants;
6.Air stirring device: fan;
7. Air circulation system: There is an independent air circulation system in the test chamber. After filtering and purification, the air cleanliness in the chamber should reach above 10,000 grades. Before the experiment starts, the test chamber is completely sealed by the automatic control valve, and the operating room outside the test chamber should maintain positive pressure to prevent the leakage of microbial aerosols.
Installation of the test group prototype:
Install the prototype to the far end of the antibacterial and sterilization function simulation test chamber according to the installation instructions of the tested prototype.
