What are the constant temperature and humidity test chambers used in weather radar environmental tests?
In the radar design, the design criteria and principles of man-machine-environment system engineering should be fully utilized to improve the working environment, so that the operators can operate and maintain convenient, safe and reliable. Let's take a look at which constant temperature and humidity test chambers are used for testing.
The following tests use a constant temperature and humidity test chamber:
1. High temperature work test: Set the temperature of the test chamber to 40℃ or 45℃ (indoor)/50℃ or 55℃ (outdoor). The specific test time is in accordance with the test requirements specified by the manufacturer. The final test items and test time are determined by the product standard regulation.
2. High temperature storage test: Set the temperature of the test chamber to 55℃, 60℃, 65℃, the specific test time is in accordance with the test requirements specified by the manufacturer, and the final test items and test time are stipulated by the product standard.
3. Low temperature working test: adjust the temperature of the test chamber to 0℃, -10℃ (indoor) or -35℃, -40℃, -45℃ (outdoor), the specific test time is in accordance with the test requirements specified by the manufacturer, and the final test items and test time are stipulated by the product standard.
4. Low temperature storage test: adjust the temperature of the test chamber to -40°C (indoor) or, -40°C, -45°C, -50°C (outdoor), the specific test time is in accordance with the test requirements specified by the manufacturer, and the final test items and test time is stipulated by the product standard.
5. Constant heat and humidity test:
Indoor: The temperature of the test chamber is 25℃, 30℃, the relative humidity is 90~96%, and the test time is 48h or 96h. The specific test time is in accordance with the test requirements stipulated by the manufacturer, and the final test items and test time are stipulated by the product standard.
Outdoor: Set the temperature of the test chamber to 25℃, 30℃ or 35℃, and the relative humidity is 95~98%. The specific test time is in accordance with the test requirements stipulated by the manufacturer. The final test items and test time are stipulated by the product standard.
In addition to the above tests using a constant temperature and humidity test chambers, weather radars also need to perform low-pressure, rain, vibration, and shock tests. For example, the low-pressure test needs to be tested in a low-pressure environment of 76.5±1kPa. The test shall be conducted after raining with a rain intensity of 5±1mm for 1h, and there shall be no rain water leakage and other tests.
