Weather adaptability test tutorial for smart door locks
Speaking of smart door locks, I believe everyone is familiar with it. As a common smart product in the family, what tests need to be done in the climate adaptability test? The editor below sorts out the climate adaptability test tutorial for smart door locks for your convenience.
Smart door lock climate test equipment: constant temperature and humidity test chamber
Test conditions: temperature 15℃~35℃, relative humidity 45%~75%, normal atmospheric pressure 86kPa~106kPa
Test notes: When conducting environmental adaptability tests, unless otherwise specified, no protective packaging should be added to the tested samples. When changing the temperature during the test, the rate of heating and cooling should not exceed 2°C per minute.
The climatic environmental test is as follows:
1. High temperature test: Adjust the temperature of the constant temperature and humidity test chamber to (55±2) ℃, wait for the temperature to stabilize, put the sample into the test chamber, and electrify, the test time is 2h.
2. Low temperature test:
a. Indoor smart door lock: Adjust the temperature of the constant temperature and humidity test chamber to (-10±2) ℃, wait for the temperature to stabilize, put the sample into the test chamber, and power on, the test time is 2h.
b. Indoor smart door lock: Adjust the temperature of the constant temperature and humidity test chamber to (-25±2) ℃, wait for the temperature to stabilize, put the sample into the test chamber, and power on, the test time is 2h.
3.Constant heat and humidity test: Set the temperature of the test chamber to (40±2) ℃, and the relative humidity to (93±3)%. The sample is tested for 2 days without power.
After the above test is completed, after the product is restored to room temperature, perform product performance testing to see if it meets the requirements.
In addition to the climate test, since the door locks need to be touched by hand, the salt spray test also needs to be done. During the transportation, relevant mechanical tests, such as vibration test, impact test, and free drop test, are also required.
