Walk in Chamber Manual
Walk in chamber is actually a constant temperature and humidity room, is designed for testing large parts and the entire vehicle products which need to do environmental testing. It can be used according to your own needs to choose the appropriate test mode. Need to read the manual carefully before use and master its correct use. The followings are the routine use of the walk in chamber instructions:
1. I nstallation: the walk in chamber placed in a smooth, ventilated, dry place, and connected to power and water. Note that the walk in chamber should not be placed together with other electrical equipments, so as not to interfere with its normal work.
2. Turn on: turn on the power switch, to be temperature and humidity stability in the walk in chamber, you can proceed to the next operation. Before turning on the power should check whether the power cord and plug are good, and ensure that the voltage connected to the walk in chamber and power requirements.
3. Set the temperature and humidity: according to the actual needs, the temperature and humidity of the walk in chamber set to the required values. After setting the temperature and humidity, wait for the walk in chamber automatically adjust to the set value and stable operation.
4. Place the sample: put the sample that needs constant temperature and humidity into the walk in chamber, and adjust the sample placement position and quantity according to the experimental requirements. Be careful not to place flammable and explosive items in the walk in chamber.
5. Monitoring and adjustment: in the process of use, you should regularly monitor the temperature and humidity in the walk in chamber, such as the discovery of abnormalities should be adjusted and dealt with in a timely manner.
6. Turn off: after the end of the experiment, you should first turn off the internal system of the walk in chamber, and then turn off the power switch, and take the samples out of the walk in chamber. Precautions for using walk in chamber:
1. Avoid turning on the refrigeration unit again within three minutes after turning off the chamber, so that the compressor life is affected.
2. 2. Correctly install the wet ball gauze to ensure that the correct relative humidity can be measured.
3. When humidifying the water supply, pure and distilled water must be used, and the use of groundwater is prohibited in order to keep the water cooling smoothly.
4. The put quality of the test object to not affect the air volume back to the circle shall prevail, otherwise it will affect the performance of the machine.
5. Please read the manual of walk in chamber in detail before operation.
