1. Wind circulation system
Adopt low noise and high flow rate circulating fan.
The temperature control method of the air jacket makes the air in the working chamber and the air inside the jacket completely physically isolated, and the heating system and cooling device are completely placed outside the working chamber, which simplifies the structure of the working chamber and improves the efficiency of the use of the chamber.
2. Clean working bin
Work bin for pollution-free release of SUS304 mirror stainless steel production, full welding welding and polishing, rounded design, no dead-end stagnant wind area. Inlet and exhaust piping are all made of purple copper or stainless steel pipe, and the seal is made of imported silicone. Under no-load condition, the background concentration of TVOC in the working bin is lower than 20ug/m3.
3. Temperature control system
Indirectly control the temperature in the bin by controlling the air temperature in the sealing layer, the air jacket wraps the working bin in all directions, the contact area is large, the heating is uniform, the temperature uniformity is very good, the thermal conductivity temperature difference is very small, there will be no condensation, freezing phenomenon. The instrument adopts advanced PID (proportional, integral, differential) control technology to realize automatic evolution of control parameters, automatic correction of deviations, and automatic and rapid suppression of external shocks.
4. Humidity control system
Adopting dry gas and wet gas mixing control method, the control is sensitive, the balance time is short, and the humidity stabilization time is less than half an hour, which is much lower than the two hours of the dew point humidity control method.
