Product description
VOC/aldehyde and ketone test environment chamber for automotive interior parts(sampling bag method) is mainly used to simulate different environmental temperature, humidity, and air exchange rate conditions. Automotive interior materials or products are placed in a testing chamber to test the VOC and formaldehyde emissions of automotive interior components under certain temperature, humidity, air exchange rate, and other conditions. VOC emissions of vehicle components are also tested under different conditions to control the toxic and harmful gas emissions caused by the components.
During the testing process, real-time monitoring of the background concentrations of formaldehyde, toluene, and total VOC is required. Under stable conditions where the concentration reaches the limit, sampling and testing are carried out to ensure the representativeness and effectiveness of the test data.
