Vacuum drying oven operating procedures, regular inspections and precautions
A. Operation process
1. Set the temperature value, the baking time value and the vacuum degree value.
2. Open the oven door and put in the material.
3. First close and tighten the oven door and then close the respirator valve on the right side of the oven.
4. Turn on the vacuum pump control switch. When the vacuum inside the oven reaches the set vacuum value, turn on the heating control switch and the water pump control switch.
5. When the baking is over, turn off the vacuum pump control switch, heating control switch and water pump control switch (in no order) and then turn off the power switch.
6. Slowly open the valve of the respirator on the right side of the oven, there will be a sound of air flow inside the oven, and when there is no sound of airflow inside the oven, check whether the value of the vacuum gauge returns to normal pressure.
7. Turn the handle on the door cover to open the oven door.
B. Regular inspection content:
1. The lubricating oil in the vacuum pump should be checked regularly, usually once every 7 days.
2. Regularly check the circulating water in the cooling water tank, usually once every 7 days.
3. Regularly empty the water in the buffer tank between the vacuum pump and the oven. (There is a control ball valve below the buffer tank) Generally, it is checked once every 7 days.
4. Every time you open and close the door cover, you must first check whether there are foreign objects in the card slot of the door cover.
C. Matters needing attention:
1. It is strictly forbidden to bake corrosive materials in the oven.
2. The main power supply must be cut off when checking the control circuit.
3. It is strictly forbidden to forcibly open the door and the sight glass on the door cover during use.
4. It is strictly forbidden to put the handle or other parts of the body into the card slot during the opening and closing of the door.
5. When using to drain the water inside the buffer tank regularly, close the valve immediately.
6. It is strictly forbidden to open the valve of the respirator on the right side of the oven during use.
7. Open the valve of the respirator after baking. It is strictly forbidden to put your hand under the respirator.
8. The inside of the oven must be under normal pressure to open the door.
