Using the 81 cubic meters environment test chamber’s precautions
The 81 cubic meters environmental test chamber is an important equipment for testing air purifiers. It is a common environmental chamber for air purifier performance testing. Many users often consult the editor about what to pay attention to when using an 81 cubic meters environmental chamber. The following are the precautions for use, for reference.
Test equipment: 81 cubic meters environmental test chamber
Manufacturer: Dongguan Ring Instrument
Precautions for the use of the 81 cubic meters environmental test chamber:
1. For other gaseous pollutant concentrations, you can refer to the relevant steps for testing. The initial concentration in the cabin shall be (5±1) times the concentration specified in Table 1 of GB/T 18883;
2. During the test, the carbon dioxide concentration at the air inlet of the fresh fan shall not be higher than the outdoor carbon dioxide concentration at the same time, and the concentration of other gaseous pollutants shall not be higher than 0.1 times the concentration specified in Table 1 of GB/T18883:
3. During the test, the PM2s concentration at the air inlet of the fresh fan should not be higher than 1 μug/m³;
4. The auxiliary exhaust fan and the exhaust air of the test prototype should be connected to the exhaust air duct. In order to avoid polluting the environment, the air should be filtered and exhausted, and the exhaust resistance should be paid attention to;
5. During the test, no pressure difference should be generated in the external environment. If there is any leakage of pollutants, the external environment should be forced to exhaust to ensure the safety of the test personnel;
6. If the air supply duct and exhaust duct of the two-way flow new fan are separated, they should be placed according to the requirements of the following figure.
