Use a rapid temperature change test chamber that meets the JIS C 8712 standard for battery temperature cycle testing
JIS C 8712 is a standard for portable batteries in Japan, which involves the test of portable batteries. In the environmental test industry, a test chamber is often used to perform temperature cycle tests on them. Let's take a look.
Portable battery temperature cycle test:
Test equipment: rapid temperature change test chamber
Equipment model: HYQT series of huanyi instruments
Related parameters:
Heating time: -50℃→+100℃ 15℃±5℃/min (non-linear adjustable, from 5℃~15℃/m )
Cooling time: +100℃→-50℃ 15℃±5℃/min (non-linear adjustable, from 5℃~15℃/m )
Normal temperature rise and fall: +70℃~150℃ for about 40 minutes (non-linear)
Normal cooling and cooling: +20℃~-70℃ for about 35 minutes (non-linear)
Temperature Cycling Test:
Stage 1: Place the single cell or battery pack at 75±2℃for 4 hours.
Stage 2: change to 20±5℃ within 30 minutes, leave for a minimum of 2 hours.
Stage 3: change to -20±2℃ within 30 minutes, leave for 4 hours.
Stage 4: change to 20±5℃ within 30 minutes, leave for a minimum of 2 hours.
Stage 5: The cycle from Stage 1 to Stage 4 is repeated 4 times.
Stage 6: After the 5th cycle, store the electronic single cell or battery pack for 7 days before checking.
The above is the relevant information about the battery temperature cycle test performed by the rapid temperature change test chamber. If you want to know more about the product test plan, you can visit the official website of "Huanyi Instrument" and consult our technicians.
