1. UV aging. That is, ultraviolet aging, using a fluorescent ultraviolet lamp as the light source, by simulating the ultraviolet radiation and condensation in natural sunlight, accelerating the weather resistance test of the material, and obtaining the weather resistance result of the material. It can simulate environmental conditions such as ultraviolet rays, rain, high temperature, high humidity, condensation, and darkness in the natural climate, reproduce these conditions, merge them into a cycle, and automatically complete the number of cycles.
2. Xenon lamp aging. Xenon lamps that can simulate the full sunlight spectrum are used to reproduce destructive light waves in different environments, and provide corresponding environmental simulations and accelerated tests for scientific research, product development and quality control.
3. Ozone aging. It can be used for rubber products such as vulcanized rubber, thermoplastic rubber, cable insulation and sheath. Under static tensile deformation, exposed to a closed air containing a constant ozone concentration and an aging test box, the samples are tested according to a predetermined time, and the ozone aging resistance of the rubber is evaluated from the degree of cracks or other performance changes generated on the sample surface.
Fourth, high temperature aging. It is an indispensable test equipment in the fields of aviation, automobiles, household appliances, scientific research, etc. It is used to test and determine the parameters and performance of electrical and electronic products and materials after the temperature environment changes.
5. Salt spray corrosion and aging. Just by comparing the salt spray corrosion ability of the material and its protective layer with the process quality of similar protective layers, the salt spray corrosion resistance of certain products can be evaluated; this product is used for parts, electronic components, and metal material protective layers And the salt spray corrosion test of industrial products. According to the test requirements, it can be divided into neutral salt spray test, acid salt spray test and copper accelerated acetate salt spray test.
