The working principle and operation control system of the rain testing machine
The working principle of the rain testing machine:
1, pendulum tube swing: through the motor, frequency converter (imported parts) drive reducer, eccentric mechanism, rack and pinion and other mechanical transmission. Frequency converter is used to adjust the number of pendulum tube (unit time), and Angle is adjusted by eccentric wheel mechanism.
2. Table rotation: the motor drives the turbine to slow down and rotate, so as to achieve the table rotation speed.
3, nozzle: according to the size of the specimen, determine the bending radius of the pendulum tube. Nozzle for detachable special nozzle, nozzle hole can be replaced at any time according to the standard requirements of the aperture, so that the injection of water droplets uniform, sufficient flow.
4, waterway: open pendulum pipe rain must be considered drainage, should be considered in civil construction, in order to quickly discharge, not water is better. A storage tank of comparable capacity is also required to supply the tests.

Water supply system: water storage tank, booster pump
No trace water is allowed in live parts or insulating parts of the test sample of the rain testing machine;
After the waterproof test, the sample should be kept in the original position as far as possible for insulation strength test, should meet the technical conditions of the product electrical performance regulations, and can be lit;
Open the waterproof structure, the waterproof grade of the sample is IPX1 ~ IPX6, no water is allowed inside, no trace of water is allowed in any part of the watertight sample and pressurized watertight sample. If the housing has drainage holes, it shall be proved by observation that water does not accumulate and can be discharged without damaging the safety performance of the sample.
