The use process of the thermal shock test chamber is divided into: pretreatment, initial inspection, test, recovery, and inspection.
1. First place the test sample in the test chamber according to the requirements of the standard and set the temperature in the test chamber at the specified temperature point, and keep it for a certain period of time until the temperature of the test sample reaches a stable temperature. The length of time shall prevail.
2. After the high temperature is over, switch the test sample to a low temperature test adjusted to -40°C within 3-5 minutes, and keep it for one hour or until the test sample reaches the temperature, whichever is longer.
3. After the low temperature is over, switch the test sample to a high and low temperature test chamber that has been adjusted to 55°C within 3-5 minutes, and keep it for one hour or until the test sample reaches the temperature, whichever is longer.
4. After completing the three cycles, there may be a certain error in time depending on the size of the sample and the size of the space.
