The solution to the noise in the high and low temperature test chamber

1. Observe whether the shock absorber spring is deformed, if the deformation will affect the pressure regulation stability, resulting in noise.

 

2. Look at the wear degree of the needle valve, whether the cone surface and the valve seat can be closely combined, if not, it will cause unstable diversion, resulting in noise of pressure fluctuations.

 

3. Pad the four corners of the high and low temperature test chamber. In the process of placing the high and low temperature test chamber, pay attention to the four corners of the chamber body by 3-6 cm, and pay attention to ensure the balance of the equipment to avoid deformation of the equipment. Raising the bottom can expand the circulation space of the compressor gas, so that the noise from the compressor can be dispersed, the sound will be reduced, and the sound on both sides of the high and low temperature test chamber will be reduced.

 

4. The solid compressor base can check whether the noise is significantly reduced by manually pressing the compressor, and the sound increases after reaching out. The common reason for this situation is that the bearing capacity of the shock-absorbing rubber pad fixed on the compressor base is uneven or the screw loosening causes the compressor base plate to be unstable.

 

5. Strengthen the connection between the pipeline and the equipment chamber. Check and adjust the connection and reinforcement parts between the pipeline and the equipment chamber before use, and observe whether there is any looseness. If it is loose, it will cause compression. When the machine is working, resonance occurs, resulting in noise. Therefore, in order to better prevent loosening, the outside of the equipment chamber must be reinforced. It is recommended to use bolts and spring washers.

 

6. Check whether there is air mixed in the oil and the noise caused by the formation of air pockets. If the parts are deformed and worn, they only need to be replaced, and the oil is mixed with air. Remove it in time and pay attention to sealing to prevent air from re-entering to reduce noise.
