The "Five Don'ts" principle when using the high and low temperature test chamber
1. The ambient temperature difference should not be too large. If the ambient temperature difference is too large, a large amount of water vapor will be generated during use. Long-term use will accelerate the corrosion of components, which may easily cause equipment damage.
2. it should not be close to the heat source. Generally, 60-70cm should be reserved for maintenance space on both sides when placing it to help dissipate heat. At the same time, be careful not to put it together with some heating appliances, so as not to increase power consumption.
3. Do not open the door of the chamber. The opening time is short. If there is a power failure, do not open the door in a hurry.
4. Frequent switching is not allowed. Generally, the office temperature is around 0℃ in winter, and the working temperature of the high and low temperature test chamber is relatively high. If it is switched frequently, its internal components will be damaged during the high temperature and low temperature conversion process.
5. Don't stop using it. In order to save power, many customers will put it into a "sleep" state if it is not used temporarily. In fact, this is unscientific and may affect the service life, because the evaporator is mostly made of aluminum. After decommissioning, the organic matter on the aluminum wall will become moldy and deteriorate, corrode the aluminum plate, and damage the refrigeration system. Moreover, the plastic inner tank is more likely to age at room temperature than at low temperature. Therefore, do not let the high and low temperature test chamber "sleep". If it must be stopped, it must be defrosted, cleaned, and placed in a ventilated and dry place, away from direct sunlight. Turn on the machine once a month to ensure that the compressor will be turned off after half an hour or an hour.
