The difference between the two types of humidity test in the temperature and humidity test chamber
Humidity test of constant temperature and humidity chamber:
1. Wet and dry bulb measuring method: Its advantage is that it is relatively simple to repair and maintain. In specific applications, only need to add water to the humidifier bulb and remove the wet bulb gauze. Compared with electronic humidity sensors, the dry humidity measurement method is not easy to cause embrittlement and reduced precision. Therefore, the wet and dry bulb method is more suitable for applications in high temperature and extreme natural environments.
2. Electronic humidity sensor humidity measurement method: The humidity sensor manufacturer selects a standard humidity generator to calibrate the product one by one before leaving the factory. The accuracy of the electronic humidity sensor can reach 2%~3%RH. However, in specific applications, due to the influence of dust, oil stains and harmful substances, it will gradually age with the increase of time, and the precision will decrease. This humidity measurement method is more suitable for use in clean and room temperature places.
The precision level of the electronic humidity sensor should be distinguished by its long-term reliability. Generally speaking, the service life of the electronic humidity sensor is not comparable to the wet and dry bulb method.
