Test process and scope of application of high and low temperature damp heat alternating test box
(1) The test sample should be placed in the test box according to the standard requirements, and the temperature in the test box (chamber) should be raised to the specified point, and kept for a certain period of time until the temperature of the test sample reaches a stable temperature, whichever is longer.
(2) After the high temperature stage is over, within 5 minutes, transfer the test sample to a low temperature test box (chamber) that has been adjusted to -55°C, and keep it for 1 hour or until the temperature of the test sample reaches a stable temperature, whichever is longer.
(3) After the low temperature stage is over, the test sample is transferred to a high temperature test box (chamber) adjusted to 70°C within 5 minutes, and kept for 1 hour or until the temperature of the test sample reaches a stable temperature, whichever is longer.
(4) Repeat the above experimental method to complete three cycles. Depending on the size of the sample and the size of the space, there may be a slight error in time. The high and low temperature damp heat alternating test chamber is suitable for the performance reliability test of industrial products. This test box has a large temperature and humidity control range, and its performance indicators meet the requirements of the national standards GB2423.1-93, GB2423.2-93, GB2423.3-93, and GB2423.4-93, and are suitable for GB2423.1~ 4 "Test A: Low Temperature Test Method; Test B: High Temperature Test Method; Test C: Damp Heat Test Method; Test D: Alternating Damp Heat Test Method" in "Basic Environmental Test Specifications for Electrical and Electronic Products" Damp heat test.
