Test Method for Cleaning Capacity of Air Duct Cleaning Device
A. Test conditions of Air Duct Cleaning Device
1.The relative humidity of the air for testing is lower than or equal to 75%, and the air temperature (of the heating humidity control system, AHU) is higher than or equal to 5°C.
2.After treatment, the test conditions shall conform to the specifications. The concentration of chemical pollutants for testing shall conform to the specifications.
B. Test method of Air Duct Cleaning Device
1. Determination of air flow and resistance relation
1.1 Determination of air flow
The air flow is generally determined by using the throttling device and the conventional method, and the dimensions of the air duct shall conform to the specifications.
1.2 Determination of resistance
Connect the static pressure rings on the pipe to the micro-pressure gauge for determination. The resistances of the unused cleaner-under-test shall be determined at least at the rated air flows of 50%, 75%, 100% and 125% to obtain the air flow and resistance relation curve of the cleaner-under-test. Ensure that there is no leakage at the mounting frame of the cleaner-under-test, start the fan, measure the resistances at the rated air flows of 50%, 75%, 100% and 125% with the micro-pressure gauge, and draw the air flow - resistance relation curve.
2. Determination of one-time purification efficiency
The determination of one-time purification efficiency shall meet the following requirements:
a) Generally use two air samples to simultaneously measure the pollutant concentrations at the upwind and downwind sides of the cleaner-under-test at the rated air flow;
b) Ensure that there is no leakage at the mounting frame of the cleaner-under-test;
c) Start the fan, and inspect whether the rated air flow of the cleaner-under-test is maintained;
d) Measure the background concentration prior to the generation of pollutants for testing, sample once at least, and last for 10 minutes for each sampling. The sampling time for the biological pollutants is 5 ~ 15 minutes;
e) After the completion of background concentration sampling, start to generate the pollutants, and determine whether the concentration of the generated pollutants is steady.
f) After the pollutant concentration is steady, place the cleaner-under-test (or the components) into the air duct to be stabilized for 5 minutes, and then monitor the pollutant concentration change with the portable direct-reading instrument. After the outlet pollutant concentration monitored by the portable direct-reading instrument tends to be steady, formally sample at the upwind and downwind sides with the air sampler.
g) The relative standard deviation of the measured one-time efficiency value shall be less than ±10%.
