Temperature and humidity sensor calibration system
1. Product introduction
Temperature and humidity sensors are used to monitor temperature and humidity changes in the environment, and the temperature and humidity sensor calibration chamber is a device specially used to calibrate temperature and humidity sensors. The calibration chamber can provide a controlled environment that can simulate different temperature and humidity conditions to verify and adjust the accuracy and sensitivity of temperature and humidity sensors.

3. Technical principles:
Calibration of temperature and humidity sensors determines the sensor error by comparing it to a reference standard of known accuracy. The main purpose of calibration is to adjust the output value of the sensor to make it consistent with the temperature and humidity values in the real environment.
The basic principle of the temperature and humidity sensor calibration chamber is to use one or more standard reference sensors to measure values under known temperature and humidity conditions and compare them with the output of the sensor to be calibrated. Based on the comparison results, the deviation of the sensor to be calibrated can be calculated and adjusted accordingly.
4. Main structure:
The structure of the sensor calibration cabin includes the main body of the cabin, which is equipped with a refrigeration and heating device and a circulation fan, and is connected with heat exchange fins.
The temperature and humidity standard probe is installed on the inner wall of the cabin, close to the circulation fan side.
The inner chamber for calibration provides calibration operation space and is equipped with rectifiers and circulating convection air ducts.
There is a sealing ring between the insulation hatch and the main body to ensure the stability of the temperature and humidity environment inside the cabin.
The overall structure can meet the accuracy calibration requirements of humidity sensors.
