Structure of Environmental Chamber for Air Purifier Testing
The environmental chamber for air purifier testing mainly tests the purification efficiency of air purifiers on-hook, cabinet, vehicle-mounted, and air duct machines to see if the test performance meets the standard. The following editor will take you to understand the chamber structure of the air purifier environmental chamber.
The composition of the environmental chamber for air purifier testing:
1. The outer white color steel plate, the inner wall SUS304 stainless steel plate is integrally spliced; the inner stainless steel plate thickness is 1.0mm, and the outer wall color steel plate thickness is 0.8mm
2. Insulation layer: 100mm thick flame retardant polyurethane.
3. Ground bearing ≥500Kg/㎡.
4. Sets of 60W moisture-proof and explosion-proof lighting fixtures, installed in the environmental test chamber.
5. It is necessary to reserve anti-corrosion and explosion-proof power sockets.
6. An independent on-site mechanical pressure gauge (with an alarm device) shall be installed in the cabin.
7. There are 2 internal explosion-proof and anti-corrosion power sockets, the strong and weak electricity are separated, and the strong electricity is 20-30cm away from the bottom of the cabin.
8. The shaft end seal of the fan blade side of the circulating fan adopts imported sealed bearings.
9. The cabin is provided with a pressure balance port.
