Steps to verify the temperature recovery time of the thermal shock test chamber
1. Install the temperature measurement sensor in the specified position, and adjust the temperature controllers of the high temperature chamber and the low temperature chamber to the required standard temperature respectively.
2. Respectively increase the temperature of the chamber and cool it down. After the temperature shock test chamber enters the temperature control state, stabilize for 30 minutes or stabilize the corresponding time according to the product technical requirements, and record the temperature value of the measurement point.
3. The thermal shock test chamber puts the test load into the high-temperature equipment, and selects the corresponding maintenance time according to the product technical conditions or relevant standards.
4. Select the conversion time of the thermal shock test chamber, and then transfer the test load from the high temperature equipment to the low temperature equipment, pay attention to observe and record the temperature of the measuring point; then use the same method to transfer the test load from the low temperature equipment to the high temperature equipment, pay attention Observe and record the temperature at the measuring point.
5. Record the relatively short time required for the load of the thermal shock test chamber to switch from high temperature (or low temperature) equipment to low temperature (or high temperature) equipment, and then the temperature at the measuring point of the equipment returns to the temperature state before the test load is placed.
