Start-up steps of high and low temperature test chamber:

First open the power distribution cabinet.high and low temperature test chamber

Turn on the cooling tower power and water supply switch again. (If it is air cooling, this step is not necessary)

Then turn off the "total power" switch in the test chamber.

Then press the "power switch" on the front panel of the machine, and the control system will be powered on.

During operation, please do not open the door unless necessary, otherwise it may cause the following undesirable consequences:
 1. Outside the high temperature air flow box, causing burns.

 2. High temperature air may cause fire alarm and cause malfunction.

 3. The inside of the door still maintains high temperature, causing burns.

 4. When installing the test box, the shell of the box must be grounded. If the test box is not grounded, it will be very dangerous if it leaks.

 5. Avoid turning off the refrigerator within 15 minutes.

 6. If you put the hot test sample in the box, please use an external power supply for power control of the test product. Do not use the power supply directly. When placing high temperature samples for low temperature testing, care should be taken to open the door as short as possible.

 7. Circuit breakers and over-temperature protectors provide testing and operator safety protection, and require regular inspections.
