Solutions to the Four Causes Affecting High and Low Temperature Refrigeration Systems
The high and low temperature test chamber is one of the main products in the environmental test equipment industry, and its troubleshooting has always been a common problem. The refrigeration system is the core system of the temperature test chamber. 1. The ambient temperature is too high. The ambient temperature of the test chamber is clearly specified at 5°C-30°C. If the ambient temperature is too high, it will inevitably lead to the phenomenon that the low temperature cannot be lowered.
2. The condenser fan is faulty. Check whether the fan motor is blocked or burned out, the fan does not rotate or the wind speed is reduced.
3. The refrigerant leaks. Apply soapy water and detergent to the surface of the copper pipe to detect leaks, make up for leaks, and add refrigerant.
4. Compressor failure. Check whether the refrigeration compressor is working. If it is faulty, do not move it, and call the manufacturer to repair or replace the compressor.
