Solar water heater freezing test laboratory
The solar water heater freeze resistance test room is a simulated environment test equipment to check whether the air release valve and overflow pipe on the domestic solar water heater system are frozen, the minimum temperature in the collector, and whether the working medium is frozen under freezing conditions.

Test Conditions:
1. The water temperature in the hot water storage tank should be maintained at (45±1)°C for at least 8 hours in the freezing section (-20±2)°C, and then the household solar water heating system should be placed at an ambient temperature of not lower than 10°C for 2 hours.
2. The water temperature in the hot water storage tank should be maintained at (10±1)°C for at least 8 hours in the freezing section (-20±2)°C, and then the domestic solar water heating system should be placed at an ambient temperature of not lower than 10°C for 2 hours.
