Sand and dust test standard (the characteristic number of IP bit is 6)

1. Sand and dust test chamber The amount of talcum powder in the box is 2.1 kg. The talc powder used must be sieved through a sieve, the nominal wire diameter of the sieve is 50 microns, and the nominal free distance between the mesh wires is 75 microns. Talc powder that has been used more than 20 times shall not be used for testing.

2. Hang the lamp outside the test box during the test and light it for 30 minutes under the rated power supply voltage.

3. Then put the working lamp on the shelf in the test box.

4. Close Sand and dust test chamber the door of the test chamber.

5. Select the working mode of the test chamber as the fixed value mode.

6. In the fixed value setting, choose to blow sand and dust in the running task with the serial number 01, and set the time to 1 minute.

7. Turn off the power of the lamp after 1 minute, and keep the Sand and dust test chamber in the "dust" state for 3 hours.

8. After 3 hours, open the door of the test chamber, brush the talcum powder on the surface of the lamp shell with a brush and take it out. If there is no obvious dust deposit in the shell, it is considered qualified.
