One, can not spray

During the use of the salt spray machine suddenly does not spray, this should be experienced by many users, don't panic, we only need to do two steps to check:

1. Check whether the nozzles are blocked or broken; if any, replace the nozzles (always have one); Check whether the nozzle position is correct. If it is crooked, re-align the nozzle; Check whether the brine drum and pressure drum are short of water.

2. Check the gas path. If there is no gas at the nozzle, check whether the pressure regulating valve and solenoid valve of the gas path are bad.

Two, can not be heated

Salt spray testing machine heating system is: power -- switch -- heating tube ---- temperature control, which is divided into two heating systems, one for the pressure barrel heating system, two for the laboratory heating system. According to domestic standards, the temperature of the pressure barrel is set at 47°, and the temperature of the laboratory is set at 35°.

1. The pressure barrel cannot be heated;

If the pressure barrel cannot be heated, generally rule out whether the relay is broken (there is a small green light on the relay, which will be steady on in the heating state). If there is no problem, then measure whether there is voltage (220V) at both ends of the heating tube of the pressure barrel. After excluding these two problems, there are only two reasons: one is that the temperature sensor wire of the pressure barrel is burned out, the other is that the temperature control meter is broken. Usually replace the temperature sensor wires first (cheaper) and then replace the temperature gauge later.

Note: The heating pipes will not burn out after use for several years. If there is no improvement after replacing the temperature control meter, replace the heating pipes first.

2. The laboratory cannot be heated

The treatment method is the same as that of the pressure barrel, but the temperature control in the laboratory has a primary way through the temperature protection switch. The check should first check whether the temperature protection switch has formed a circuit (the voltmeter is adjusted to the 750V AC range, one end measures the relay, the other end measures the temperature protection place, if there is 220V voltage, it is OK, and the other end needs to replace the temperature protection).

3. High and low water levels are not displayed

The display of high and low water level is controlled by the upper and lower two float switches in the pressure barrel. First check whether there is current to the float switch. After eliminating the line problem, it can be judged that the float switch itself is broken and can be replaced.

Iv. The pressure gauge has no display or the display is large after aeration

Generally, the pressure regulating valve is broken and can be replaced. In addition, it is recommended that customers install filter cups before the gas pipe enters the pressure regulating valve. Because there is water in the air, the pressure regulating valve and relay are easy to be blocked and blocked.
