Requirements for testing the formaldehyde emission of interior decoration materials with a formaldehyde emission climate chamber
In testing the formaldehyde emission of interior decoration materials, the formaldehyde emission climate chamber (climate chamber method) is generally used. For many users, what kind of formaldehyde environment chamber is needed for testing is a question. Let us know what kind of equipment is needed to test the formaldehyde emission.
Test equipment: 1 cubic meter formaldehyde emission climate chamber
Test method: climate chamber method
Equipment model: HYQ-1000
Equipment manufacturer: Huanyi Instrument
Requirements for formaldehyde emission climate chamber:
1. The volume is 1m, and the inner surface of the chamber should be made of inert material, which will not adsorb formaldehyde. There should be an air circulation system in the chamber to keep the air in the chamber fully mixed and the air velocity on the surface of the sample to be 0.1m/s~0.3m/s.
2. There should be air inlet and air outlet devices on the chamber to adjust the air flow.
3. The air replacement rate should be maintained at (1.0±0.05) h^-1 to ensure the airtightness of the chamber. The air formaldehyde concentration entering the chamber is below 0.006 mg/m.
4. The temperature and relative humidity adjustment system should be able to keep the temperature inside the chamber at (23±0.5)°C and the relative humidity at (45±3)%.
The above are the requirements for testing the formaldehyde release of interior decoration materials with a formaldehyde release climate chamber. If you have any questions, you can visit the "Huanyi Instrument" website.
