Production requirements for walk-in low pressure test chambers
The walk-in low pressure test chamber is mainly used to simulate a highland low pressure environment, especially for some aerospace electronics, electrical appliances, automotive electronics etc. As a test equipment, when making, the performance of the equipment should be fully considered. So, what are the production requirements for a walk-in low-pressure chamber?
Below, the "Huan Yi instrument" walk-in low pressure test chamber as an example, to briefly explain its production and performance.
A, product structure and appearance requirements
1. The inner biscuit of the test chamber should be made of materials that are not easily oxidized and corrosion resistant and have a certain mechanical strength.
2. can be configured to maintain and continuously monitor the low pressure conditions of the auxiliary instrument and can automatically record the air pressure instrument.
3. An observation window and lighting device should be provided.
4. The piping connections and doors and windows in the chamber should be sealed tightly.
5. There should be a test wiring device (or with a blind flange).
6. The appearance of the coating layer should be smooth and evenly coloured, and there should be no traces of exposed bottom, layer, blistering or scuffing.
7. There should be a sample rack for placing or hanging samples.

II. Project performance.
1. Air pressure deviation (kPa)
>25 kPa:±2 kPa ;
25 kPa ≥ air pressure ≥ 2 kPa: ± 0.5 kPa;
2 kPa ≥ air pressure ≥ 0.4 kPa: ±0.l kPa;
0.4 kPa more air pressure ≥ 0.1 kPa when:± 20%
2. Air pressure change rate (kPa/min): ≤10
3. Load conditions
a) The total mass of the load is not more than 80 kg per cubic metre of studio volume;
b) The total volume of the load is generally not greater than 1/5 of the studio volume, and may be increased under special circumstances.
