Pay attention to the following problems during the test of the thermal shock test chamber
When conducting the thermal shock test chamber test, in addition to considering the temperature range, cycle number, temperature change rate, wind speed and other key parameters, there are also problems that need to be paid attention to during the test chamber test. The following summary of the ring instrument editor is as follows:
①The ratio of the space volume in the thermal shock test chamber to the volume of the test piece should not be less than 5:1, so that the thermal shock test chamber has sufficient heat capacity. In addition, the placement of the test piece in the chamber cannot obstruct the air convection, so as not to reduce the efficiency of the test chamber.
②If the high temperature is advanced from the normal temperature, and then the high temperature is transferred to the low temperature, according to this method, the product is in the process of from low temperature to normal temperature at the end of the test. At this time, the sample is taken out. Since the temperature of the product itself is generally lower than the ambient temperature, condensation often occurs on its internal and external surfaces, which will cause adverse effects on the tested product. Therefore, it generally needs to be restored in a high temperature chamber of about 50 degrees. So that the test cycle is lengthened. Therefore, when conducting the test, start with the low temperature first, so that at the end of the test, the sample is in the process from high temperature to normal temperature, so as to avoid condensation on the surface.
③The test hole of the hot and cold shock test chamber should be properly sealed to prevent external air from pouring into the chamber and causing adverse effects on the test piece.
