D. The installation method of the heating furnace
1. The heating furnace is installed in the constant temperature room and uses 0-2 gas. The heating system is connected to the cooling system with a water capacity of not more than 100 L. The heating system allows the water temperature to be 2°C ± 0.5°C, and the domestic hot water system enters. The water pressure is 0.1 MPa. The water temperature is 2℃±0.5℃, and the water injection temperature of the condensate water collector is 2℃±0.5. Until the water is discharged. The flue gas is discharged to the constant temperature outdoor through the appropriate pipeline, the power is turned on, and the heating water temperature and domestic hot water temperature are set to the lowest temperature value.
2. If the manufacturer claims that it can be connected to the indoor thermostat, install the indoor thermostat according to the manufacturer's claim. Set the temperature of the indoor thermostat to the lowest temperature instead of placing the indoor thermostat outside the constant temperature.
E. No wind test
Adjust the temperature in the constant temperature room to 20 ℃ ± 2 ℃, and test according to the following steps:
a) Put it in the standby state for 4 hours. During the test, the temperature outside of the constant temperature should ensure that the indoor thermostat will not start the heating furnace, and then test the water temperature of heating water, domestic hot water and condensate water:
b) Run for 0.5 h under the minimum heat load in the heating state, and test the temperature of heating water, domestic hot water and condensed water;
c) Run for 0.5 h under the minimum heat load in the state of domestic hot water, and test the temperature of heating water, domestic hot water and condensate water.
F. Windy test
Install the heating furnace, and adjust the temperature in the constant temperature room to 10 °C ± 2 °C. The front end of the air guide is a cylindrical shape with a length of 1.5 m and a diameter of 1.2 m: blow it to the heating furnace at a wind speed of 3 m/s, and test according to the following steps:
a) Blow air for 4 hours in the standby state. During the test period, the constant temperature outside should ensure that the indoor thermostat will not start the heating furnace, and then test the temperature of heating water, domestic hot water and condensate water;
b) In the heating state, run for 0.5 h under the minimum heat load, and test the water temperature of heating water, domestic hot water and condensed water;
c) In the state of domestic hot water, run for 0.5 h under the minimum heat load, and test the water temperature of heating water, domestic hot water and condensed water.
