1m³ Negative Pressure Aerosol Chamber (Glass)
Product description:
Negative Pressure Aerosol Chamber is also called NPAC Aerosol Chamber
and aerosol testing chamber.Scope of application: It is mainly suitable for
the disinfection effect evaluation test of 1 m³ Negative Pressure Aerosol
Chamber , and the sampler is a liquid impact sampler.
- Product Details
Meet the standard: EPA and FDA GLP Compliant
The standard size for an EPA-regulated chamber is 10' x 10' x 8' (800 cubic feet).
Testing conducted in the NPAC(Negative Pressure Aerosol Chamber) simulates life size testing of whole
room disinfection devices against aerosolized bacteria, fungi, or viruses.
Along with the large NPAC chamber, there are two additional smaller chambers, the cube and the 4′ x 4′.These two smaller chambers were designed to accommodate small devices, such as microbial samplers or air scrubbers. The cube measures exactly one cubic meter, this size allows for easier calculations to determine microbial counts in the air.

Test phase
For the first group, according to the amount of disinfectant, spray hard water in a 1
cubic meter aerosol cabinet, and immediately use a liquid impact sampler containing
10 ml of neutralizing agent to sample for 10 minutes after the disinfection time. Draw
0.1ml of the test bacterial suspension and neutralize the solution, and count the viable
bacteria. Take three groups in total.
Prepare bacterial suspension
Dilute with nutrient broth to a concentration of 5*102, bacterial suspension for testing.
Temperature ≤1℃; (no load)
