National GB2423 standard electric vibrating table
1. Product introduction:
GB/T 2423 electric vibration test bench, also known as electric vibration table, is a high-frequency vibration test equipment. It usually consists of a vertical vibration table, a horizontal sliding table and a power amplifier. According to the requirements of different test standards, it can meet vertical and horizontal three-axis vibration tests, simulating sine, random, resonance search and dwell, typical impact and road simulation modes.
2. Test standards:
GB/T 2423.56-2023 Environmental testing Part 2: Test methods Test Fh: Broadband random vibration and guidelines
GB/T 2423.10-2019 Environmental testing Part 2: Test method Test Fc: Vibration (sinusoidal)
GB/T 2423.58-2008 Environmental testing of electrical and electronic products Part 2-80: Test methods Test Fi: Vibration mixed mode
3.Design features:
1. By improving the pad structure into a special-shaped air duct structure block and replacing the assembly, air duct drainage can be achieved, changing the direction of the cooling air flow from straight downward to multiple top-down rotation, completely covering every corner of all gaps. ;
2. By optimizing the insertion state of the guide block and combining it with the diversion effect of the air duct structural block, the cooling airflow forms a multi-layered overall airflow without dead ends outside the central magnetic pole, thus extending the cooling path dozens of times and improving the efficiency of the cooling airflow. For the flow controllability and cooling effect of cooling airflow such as moving coils and excitations.
4. Working principle:
According to the electromagnetic effect, a moving coil with alternating current is placed in the magnetic field to generate a mechanical, frequency-adjustable excitation force that acts on the test object. The magnetic field is generally generated by a concentrically nested cylindrical central magnetic pole and a cylindrical peripheral excitation coil. In order to enhance and adjust the magnetic field intensity, most electric vibrating tables use excitation coils; at this time, the central magnetic pole, moving coil and excitation coil Together, they form a "vibration generator". The moving coil moves up and down in the direction of the symmetry axis of the central magnetic pole, supplemented by other necessary components, to cause the test object to vibrate and detect its performance.
