1. Product description
Host machine: This machine is a desktop single-space door-type structure, with stretching and compression in the lower space. The main machine part consists of double columns, double screws, upper beam, middle beam, and workbench, forming a portal structure. The speed control system is installed at the lower part of the workbench. The transmission principle is based on the Japanese Panasonic AC servo motor with high speed regulation accuracy, wide range and stable performance, which is decelerated by the synchronous toothed belt and planetary gear reduction system and then drags the ball screw pair to rotate, driving the middle beam to move up and down, thereby driving the stretching, The compression and other attachments move up and down to load and unload the specimen. This structure ensures that the frame has sufficient rigidity while achieving efficient and smooth transmission. The main components of the host are processed in the machining center to ensure the accuracy of the host. The ball screw is E5 grade.
Standard configuration of attachments: one set of single-clamping tension attachments and one set of compression attachments.
●Electrical system:
(1) It adopts Japanese Panasonic AC servo driver and AC servo motor, with stable and reliable performance, and has overcurrent, overvoltage, overspeed, overload and other protection devices. The speed regulation ratio can reach 1:100000.
(2) It has protection functions such as overload, overcurrent, overvoltage, upper and lower displacement limits and emergency stop.
(3) The electrical control circuit refers to international standards and complies with the national testing machine electrical standards. It has strong anti-interference ability, ensuring the stability of the controller and the accuracy of experimental data.
