Microbial bacteria aerosol chamber test steps
The microbial aerosol chamber is a test equipment that complies with T/CAS 408-2020, JEM 1467-2015 and other standards. Many users do not know how to use the microbial bacteria aerosol chamber for experiments. The following is a brief introduction to the use of the equipment.
The steps of using the microbial bacteria aerosol chamber:
1. Adjust the temperature, humidity and cleanliness of the microbial bacteria aerosol chamber, and the number of particles above 0.3 microns should be less than 1000/L;
2. Through the aerosol generator, spray a pre-prepared virus suspension of a certain concentration into the test chamber, stir with a stirring fan at the same time, and let it stand for a period of time after the spraying. sampling;
3. After the initial sampling, the experimental group started the prototype test program, the control group did not open the prototype, and left it for the same time as the experimental group;
4. After the operation of the test group (up to 1h), use a liquid microbial sampler to recover the residual virus in the test group and the control group;
5. Detect the virus titer in the recovered liquid of the test group and the control group, and the virus titer test can be performed by the plaque formation method or the TCID50 method;
6. Calculate the virus removal rate according to the virus titers of the test group and the control group. The experiment was repeated three times, and the arithmetic mean of the virus removal rates of the three experiments was used as the final virus removal rate.
