Method of operation of salt spray corrosion test chamber

Salt spray corrosion test chamber adopts salt spray corrosion method to test the corrosion resistance reliability of tested samples respectively. It is possible to examine the resistance of the material and its protective layer to salt spray corrosion, and to compare the process quality of similar protective layers. At the same time, you can check the salt spray corrosion resistance of some products. This product is suitable for salt spray corrosion test of parts, electronic components, protective layer of metal materials and industrial products.

Operation method of salt spray corrosion test chamber:

1. Install the internal components of the salt spray test chamber: tower spray device, funnel, round rod, V-shaped sample rack, etc.

2. After powering on the power supply, connect the air source and turn on the power switch.

3. Add water to the pressure bucket and box. Stop adding water when both low water level lights are turned off. Add water to seal the sealing groove.

4. Mix purified water and sodium chloride salt in a ratio of 1:20. Pour the prepared solution into the reagent inlet (turn off the low brine lamp).

5. After all the lights are off, we can turn on the operating, spraying and timing switches. After the test, we can turn on the defog switch.

6. According to the test requirements, the equipment can be sprayed continuously and regularly (in the case of continuous spraying, all tables T1 and T2 are set as 0; in the case of intermittent spraying, T1 is set as working time and T2 is set as rest time).
