1.1 Main test equipment

The air pressure test instrument adopts a barometer (gauge) with an allowable deviation of 1/3 of the air pressure measurement.

2.1 Air pressure deviation test method

2.1.1 The position of the air pressure deviation test point is the air pressure indicator point of the test chamber.

2.1.2 The test procedure is: within the adjustable range of the test chamber air pressure, select the lowest nominal value of the test air pressure, so that the working room space in the chamber is reduced from normal pressure to the test air pressure value, and the test is carried out immediately after it is stable for 30 minutes. , Test once every 1 min, a total of 30 tests.

3.1 Calculation and evaluation of test results

3.1.1 In the 30min test data, the difference between the *high and *low values and the nominal pressure value is the pressure deviation of the test chamber under the nominal value.

3.1.2 The above calculation results should all meet the requirements.

4.1 Air pressure change rate test method

4.1.1 The low air pressure test point is the air pressure indicator point of the test chamber.

4.1.2 In the low air pressure test chamber: select the lowest test air pressure value within the adjustable range of air pressure. When the test chamber starts to depressurize, record the time from normal pressure to test air pressure; then make the test chamber start to increase the pressure and record the time from the test pressure to normal pressure.
