Product introduction:
The aerosol generator is a liquid type aerosol generator, which can
continuously and stably generate aerosol aerosol from the solution,
and the concentration of the aerosol can be adjusted. The sample
bottle of the aerosol generator is made of high borosilicate glass with
a specially designed nozzle. The aerosol generator has a built-in micro
air compressor. The air enters the nozzle of the sample bottle, and the
aerosol aerosol is generated by the shear force between the high-speed
airflow and the liquid. Through inertial collision, the large particle size
particles are returned to the container, and the small particle size aerosol
is output. The particle size distribution of the aerosol is mainly within 0.2-3um.

Introduction:
The aerosol generator produces polydisperse high-concentration aerosols with a particle size range of
0.23mPSLDOP~μ. Aerosols can be generated from different materials (PSL, DOP, silicone oil, salt, sugar, etc.).
It generates polydisperse aerosols by atomizing solution, and can also generate monodisperse aerosols by
atomizing suspended monodisperse particles. The particle concentration can be changed by adjusting the flow
rate of the atomizer.
The entire sample bottle of the aerosol generator can be sterilized by high temperature and high pressure, and
can be used repeatedly, which is suitable for the generation of drug solution aerosol. The aerosol generator has
a built-in miniature air compressor, which can work after connecting to the power supply. It is compact and
convenient, and it is also very suitable for on-site inspection of filters and clean rooms.
