1. Components:

The large-scale overall furniture VOC release climate chamber is composed of the cabin body, sample inlet, air circulation device, air exchange device, air purification device, temperature and relative humidity control device, monitoring device, concentration calibration detection port, anti-lock protection device, air outlet, Sampling port and other components.

2. Meet the standards:

3. Cabin material:

The inner wall and pipeline materials of the tank shall be made of materials with low emission and low absorption of volatile organic compounds, and the materials shall not react with volatile organic compounds and be easy to clean.

4. Air sampling port:

The climate chamber should have at least 2 sampling ports located along the length of the climate chamber. The sampling port of the chamber volume ≤6m³ is ≥150mm from any inner wall of the climate chamber, and the height is suitable for sampling. It can be installed symmetrically on one or both sides; the sampling port of the chamber volume>6m³ is symmetrical to any inner wall of the climate chamber ≥600mm, the height is between 1300~1500mm, the diameter of the air outlet is as large as possible, but not more than 50mm.

The internal sampling port can be added according to the volume of the cabin or testing requirements to facilitate comparison with sampling from the air outlet.

5. Placement environmental conditions:

The VOC emission climate chamber should be used under the following environmental conditions:

A. Ambient temperature: 5~35℃

B. Relative humidity: ≤85%

C. Atmospheric pressure refers to clause 4.1 in GB/T 10586-2006

D. There is no high concentration of dust and corrosive substances around

E. No strong vibration

F. No strong electromagnetic field influence

G. No direct sunlight or other heat sources
