The constant temperature and humidity test chamber is suitable for simulating various materials, electronic and electrical semi-finished products, finished products, etc. for environmental simulation reliability tests such as constant high and low temperature, gradual change, sudden change, alternating, damp and heat tests, and combined with the use of charge and discharge cabinets. The constant temperature and humidity test chamber is composed of a control system, a temperature and humidity electric heating cycle system, a refrigeration system, a circulating air supply system, and a protection system. The constant temperature and humidity test chamber mainly works through these systems.


1. Control system:

The control system is the core of the comprehensive test chamber, which determines the temperature rise rate and accuracy of the test chamber and other important indicators. The control system of the Gaoxin constant temperature and humidity test chamber adopts a programmable touch screen controller imported from Korea, PID automatic calculation + SSR/SCR forward and reverse two-way synchronous output control function.

2. Temperature and humidity electric heating circulation system: including heating system, humidification system, dehumidification system

1) Heating system: fin-type nickel-chromium alloy electric heating tube is used, which is more reliable and has a longer life than the heating wire heater. Because the heating rate required by the test chamber is relatively large, the heating system power of the test chamber is relatively large, and a heater is also provided on the bottom plate of the test chamber.

2) Humidification system: Gaoxin constant temperature and humidity testing machine adopts electric element heating steam generation humidifier, which means that low-pressure steam can be directly injected into the test space for humidification. This humidification method can humidify quickly, save water and save water. Electricity, safety and anti-leakage, especially easy to be humidified when the temperature is lowered, and has the function of water shortage alarm and anti-dry burning protection, which is convenient for loading, unloading and cleaning.


3) Dehumidification system: The dehumidification method of the test chamber is usually divided into two types: mechanical refrigeration dehumidification and dry dehumidification. The high-tech constant temperature and humidity test chamber is frozen and dehumidified by the refrigeration system (the air in the chamber passes through the evaporator below the dew point temperature, and water is precipitated), and the evaporator fin with hydrophilic film treatment is selected for better dehumidification performance.

 

3. Freezing system:

The refrigeration system is one of the key parts of the comprehensive test chamber, and the core of the refrigeration system is the "compressor". Our company uses the "French Taikang fully enclosed piston compressor". The refrigeration system of the constant temperature and humidity chamber consists of two parts, called the high temperature part and the low temperature part, and each part is a relatively independent refrigeration system. The evaporation of the refrigerant in the high-temperature part absorbs heat from the refrigerant in the low-temperature part and vaporizes; the evaporation of the refrigerant in the low-temperature part absorbs heat from the object to be cooled (the air in the test chamber) to obtain cold energy.


4. Circulating air supply system:

The air circulation system generally consists of a centrifugal fan and a motor that drives its operation. It provides circulation of air in the test chamber.


5. Protection system: Gaoxin Humidity and Heat Cycle Test Chamber is equipped with multiple protection systems such as complete machine protection system, heating and humidification protection system, refrigeration protection system, water supply system protection, and power supply protection. Optional explosion-proof pressure relief device, while protecting the test sample, the maximum protection of the safety of testers.
