The rotary arm centrifuge is mainly used to determine the force (except gravity) generated by the components, equipment and other electrical and electronic equipment products subjected to the steady acceleration (constant acceleration) environment. 1. The constant acceleration test of the rotary arm centrifuge can be used to determine the effect of constant acceleration on microelectronic devices. It can also be used as a high stress test to determine the structural strength limits of packages, internal metallization and lead systems, chip or package adhesion, and other components of microelectronic devices.
