How to use high and low temperature test chamber
(1) Normalization processing
Put the test samples into the normal test gas uniformly until the corresponding temperature is stable.
(2) Initial inspection
The whole process of high and low temperature test chamber destructive environmental test chamber test:
1. Put the required test sample in the test box, and raise the temperature in the environmental test box (chamber) to 70, keep it for 1 hour or until the test sample exceeds the temperature stability, whichever is longer.
2. After the high temperature phase is over, the test sample is transferred to a low temperature test box (chamber) adjusted to -55 within 5 minutes, and kept for 1 hour or until the test sample exceeds the temperature stability, whichever is longer.
3. After the low temperature stage is over, within 5 minutes, transfer the test sample to a high and low temperature test box (chamber) that has been adjusted to 70, and keep it for 1 hour or until the test sample exceeds the temperature stability, whichever is longer.
4. Continue the above experimental methods and carry out 3 cycles. (Note: For large or heavy test samples, the conversion time from one environmental test chamber to another environmental test chamber is specified by relevant standards or professional text documents).
5. After the test is over, the tested sample is restored
After the test sample is taken out of the test box, it should be restored under all normal test gas specifications until the test sample exceeds the temperature stability.
