How to solve the sudden failure of the constant temperature and humidity test chamber?

1) First check constant temperature and humidity test chamber
Start by checking the under-water over-temperature protector in the control room to see if it is set at 150°C. If it is not set at 150°C, please turn the under-water over-temperature protector to 150°C;
2) Check again to check whether the pipeline in the machine room is too dirty, causing the water flow to be irregular
Solution: Please turn off the main power at the rear of the machine first, and then open the drain valve under the humidification barrel to a position parallel to the pipeline. When the water in the upper water tank is all drained, use a wrench to open the humidification barrel to remove the internal scale due to long-term humidity, then unplug the silicone tube and scrub it in water. After maintenance, follow the removal method and reverse the direction. Put it back. After the installation is completed, the drain valve under the humidification barrel needs to be closed to a position perpendicular to the pipeline, and then the main power supply behind the machine is turned on.constant temperature and humidity test chamber
3) Check if there is water in the upper water tank. If there is no water, check if there is water in the lower water tank.
Solution: There is no water in the upper and lower water tanks, please add water to the lower water tank to solve the problem. If there is no water in the upper water tank and there is water in the lower water tank, the water pump motor of the lower water tank is broken. Please notify the maintenance customer service department to come to repair.
4) Afterwards, please check whether the solid state relay in the humidity part of the constant temperature and humidity test box is burned out and short-circuited constant temperature and humidity test chamber
Solution: If the heater is not burned out, please use the AC voltage range of the three-meter electric meter, switch the voltage range to 600 volts, and place the red and black rods on the AC sides of the solid state relay marked with the wire number H. Set the humidity setting value of the humidity part to 0%, at this time the indicator light of the solid state relay of the humidity part will not light up. If the measured voltage value does not change, if it remains below 10V, it means that the solid state relay is burned out or is in a short-circuit state. Or first set the humidity setting value to 0%, and then check whether the water in the humidifying bucket in the computer room is boiling.
