How much pressure is selected by the high altitude low pressure test chamber
Edit | Huanyi instrument
In the process of using the high altitude and low pressure test chamber to do the test, different test pressures need to be selected for different test products. So how do you determine how much stress you need to test the product? The following Xiaobian make a brief introduction to this.
Selection of test pressure in high altitude low pressure test chamber:
1. Test equipment: high altitude and low pressure test chamber
2. Equipment model: Ring instrument HYLA-1000
3. Test standard: GJB150.2-2009
4. Pressure selection:
a. The ground. If no measurements are available, the pressure is determined at a maximum altitude of 4,570m (corresponding atmospheric pressure of 57kPa).
b. Pressure conditions in cargo hold of transport aircraft. Since the product test pressures in the four test conditions covered in GJB150.2A-2009 are different, the following guidance data should be used in addition to equipment design requirements for aircraft transport with specific cargo pressure:
1) For the test pressure of "Air storage" and "working/external flight", the cargo hold pressure is the pressure corresponding to the height of 4,570 m (the corresponding atmospheric pressure is 57kPa);
2) For the test pressure of "rapid decompression" and "explosion decompression", the initial pressure in the cargo hold is the pressure corresponding to the height of 2438m (corresponding atmospheric pressure is 75.2kPa), and the final pressure in the cargo hold after decompression is the pressure corresponding to the height of 12192m (corresponding atmospheric pressure is 18.8kPa).
You can look at the specific requirements in the GJB150.2A-2009 standard and determine what the equipment should do in a low pressure environment or after low pressure storage.
