How to measure paint VOC in voc discharge tank?

A. Preparation for the test

B. The test process:

1. Penetration test of adsorption tube: Sampling with two adsorption tubes in series. If the amount of target volatile organic compounds detected in the latter adsorption tube is lower than the detection limit, it is considered that the adsorption tube has not penetrated.

2. Use a flowmeter to calibrate the constant-current sampler before sampling, and adjust the sampling flow of the constant-current sampler so that it is less than 80% of the air intake of the environmental test chamber, and the adsorption tube does not penetrate.

3. Select an appropriate sampling volume to ensure that the test results are within the concentration range of the standard curve. The maximum sampling volume should not exceed 10% of the tank capacity. Record the sampling time, sampling flow, temperature and atmospheric pressure at the sampling location.

4. After sampling, remove the adsorption tube, seal the two ends of the adsorption tube and make a mark, then put it in a sealed container and measure it within 7 days. Storage of adsorption tubes after sampling shall be carried out in accordance with the manufacturer's requirements.
