1. After the test, if the tensile testing machine is not used for a long time, the computer should be turned off and the measurement and control card should be removed.

2. Regularly check whether the connection line of the measuring and control card and the tensile testing machine is in good contact. If there is any looseness, it should be fastened in time.

3. The interfaces on the controller are in one-to-one correspondence. Inserting the wrong interface may damage the device.

4. According to the operating conditions of the machine and the service life of the oil, regularly replace the suction filter and filter element, replace the hydraulic oil, and regularly check the machine and the oil source for oil leakage. If oil leakage is found, the sealing ring or seal should be replaced in time pad.

5. The power of the controller must be turned off to connect it with the plug.

6. If you do not do the test for a long time, please pay attention to turn off the power of the host. If the machine is in the standby state, the switch should be placed in the "load" position, because if the switch is in the "fast reverse" position, the solenoid valve is always energized, which will affect the life of the device.
